Appraiser fees are paid twice monthly on collected fees. The split is based on the difficulty of the assignment, skill level, communication ability, turn time and overall performance of the appraiser. When performing appraisal services for Valu-Rite Appraisers Inc., you agree to the following service requirements: 1. Reports must be delivered to Valu-Rite Appraisers by 5:00 pm PST. no later then 1 to 3 days from the date of inspection with the exception of orders that have a timeline imposed by the client of NEXT DAY RUSH. Orders with a timeline (premium paid rush requests) must be delivered to Valu-Rite Appraisers 1 business day prior to the deadline when applicable to allow adequate time to perform review prior to shipping. 2. On COD orders, remittance of Valu-Rite's portion of the fee is due within 5 business days from inspection. Mailing address for cod payments is P.O. Box 89-2332, Temecula CA. 92593 3. Always include interior photo's on all full appraisals. 4. Appraiser and appraisers office or affiliates agree not to solicit or accept work from a Valu-Rite appraisers, Inc. registered client.
